Hi Mmmmm The guy along the way from me has an aquagen that can be used as both wind and (by lowering it into the water and using a different "Propellor") water generator and he swears by it I have only ever used the wind generator types some noisey and some less noisey. There is a thing called the waterlog but I have never read a good report about but it is cheap (£400-00 ish) and is dragged along behing the boat producing a litre an hour?

Hi Fuffy I have been on the Isle of wight for a few days returning home a couple of hours ago (Sunday 08th) the solent was a mas of some well sailed boats and some not so well sailed) the ferry had to sound three blasts and stop dead for a sail boat that insisted steam gives way to sail. For my money sail gives way to anything that might harm it and an Iron ferry with many lives on board certainly takes priority. I wish I had my paintball gun on board at the time :o)). Brilliant sailing weather sunshine, wind and flat calm ish.
